How to leverage the Database feature for your lead generation needs.

Database is an exclusive Taplio feature, with proprietary data no other tool has.

What is it?

Using Database, you can access millions of LinkedIn accounts and filter them using specific datapoints which you can’t find in Sales Navigator or similar lead gen tools.

 

We have used our exclusive LinkedIn data and combined it with AI to create relevant, specific filters for people who value quality of data over quantity.

 

The end goal: to provide you with the ideal data and workflow to find the most relevant leads for you and your business.

 

How it works

Searching for leads

Database provides a unique way of searching for leads. In addition to regular filters, you can also switch to natural language + AI. Simply describe what you’re looking for, an our AI will automatically apply the available filters to retrieve relevant leads.

 

📹 Self-uploaded videos are not supported yet. Please use a third party video provider such as Youtube, Wistia or Vimeo.

 

Once you have retrieved results, you can also use the filters in the columns to further narrow your search.

 

Lead data

We have several datapoints, and Database is set to include even more as the feature evolves.

 

Here are the main datapoints that you’ll find:

  • Full name
  • Job title
  • Company
  • Location
  • Followers
  • Company tags
 

In addition to that data, you also have filters based on:

  • Post topics (what they post about on LinkedIn)
  • Engagement count (likes & comments over a 30 day period)
  • Industry
  • Company name

How to use the leads you find in Database

 

Once you have identified relevant leads, you may do the following:

  • Push them to a lemlist outreach campaign
  • Add them to a contact list in Taplio

Pushing to a lemlist campaign

lemlist is a tool of the lempire product suite (which Taplio is also a part of) which helps you set up multi-channel outreach campaigns to convert leads into customers.

Adding contacts to a list

Contact lists are the key component of CRM and Engage features in Taplio. You may perform multiple actions on people you add to contact lists, such as:

  • Use email enrichment to collect their contacts
